Velora ships internationally. As a placeless house with no single home market, we don't limit ourselves to one region's carriers or assume one country's customs process.

We don't display live shipping rates or delivery windows at checkout. Once an order is placed, a member of our team confirms shipping cost, timeline, and any customs considerations directly with you before your order is prepared. This follows the same correspondence model used for payment confirmation.

Atelier

Made-to-measure pieces ship only once a fitting is complete and the piece is finished. The timeline is closer to commissioning a piece of furniture than ordering a coat. Timelines are confirmed individually during your consultation.
